Digital Marketing Expert Specialising in Social Media
Location: Northampton
Salary: Starting Salary £18-£24,000 pa, depending on experience.

An opportunity to join our Web Marketing Department, responsible for designing and delivering Social Media and Content Marketing campaigns, along with Adwords campaigns and email marketing campaigns both for existing clients and for prospective clients.
This will be a varied and busy role with multiple concurrent campaigns, client facing and suitable for an organised, proactive and ambitious candidate. You will be a prolific, effective and capable writer, able to write copy, articles and press releases. You will be able to monitor and tweek campaigns, analyse results, and present. Where practicable, you will help incorporate the use of social media into client businesses. You will therefore need great interpersonal skills because you will be liaising with and persuading clients on a daily basis as well as peers from the wider team around you. You will be keen to develop your knowledge and skills further and keep at the forefront of this fast changing and opportunity filled field.

Salary: £16-£24,000 pa depending on experience

An opportunity to join our busy Web Marketing Department as our digital copywriter, writing copy for our clients (in many different sectors) and also for us (we are rebranding and updating our digital collateral),  and also orchestrating our SEO content supply through remote writers. 
You will be working alongside our SEO Consultants and Account Managers and also our Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive working across a broad range of clients, developing both long and short copy that is suitable for digital channels nurturing ideas from taglines to campaign concepts.
You'll primarily be working alongside the SEO Consultants with a range of local businesses (ranging from building, recruitment, retail, home, fashion) and will propose and write their content.  You will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of appealing, commercially viable and engaging creative content for a whole range of clients.
Your copy will serve to increase page views and maximise conversion rates, so you will need to follow our guidelines for SEO and be able to write digital copy that converts.
You will also be responsible for quality control, delivery and placement of material obtained via our remote copywriters and will also get some hands on experience in managing web marketing projects/clients.
The successful candidate will need to be:
•    self motivated, able to work within a team
•    a very good writer
•    strategic and creative
•    able to manage your time, keep organised and hit deadlines
•    stay on brief and deliver against it
•    believe in the rules of grammar and punctuation
•    be a stickler for details
•    get psychology - after all, copywriting is all about manipulating people
Clients are in all sorts of sectors so you will need to be unfazed by switching from one brand voice to another, shifting style to suit will be a core skill for you.
Presenting ideas to customers who are often the business owners,  you'll be persuasive and encourage them to think in fresh, new and exciting ways, whilst ensuring that all copy is produced within brand/client guidelines.
Role Requirements:
•    Excellent written English, good research skills, commercial acumen, attention to detail
•    Hands-on copywriting experience gained across all aspects of digital media
•    SEO Copywriting (training will be provided)
•    Work with clients marketing teams to meet the editorial tone, style and voice of all content and write in a style that maximises usability and accessibility
•    Ensure quality, consistency and accuracy of content
•    Work collaboratively with team members  to develop engaging content and key messaging for our clients
•    Be as strategic as you are creative
•    A good understanding of the leading digital trends for 2015
•    Working well under pressure and managing multiple project and deadlines
•    Good customer facing attitude - presentable, positive, enthusiastic, professional, communicative, persuasive
•    Willing to be part of our team and come up with great new ideas to help the business
•    Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
•    Drive, ability to manage details, meticulous
•    Must be creative and an ideas person
•    Understand commercial needs of clients
•    Strong organisational and communication skillsP
